Just be aware of how you are storing it. During natural disaters and fires we usually end up tossing all of it because the fabric gets wet and moldy or the heat weakens it. The amount of extra fabric ive watch get tossed is so sad. You also cannot donate it after a disaster.

I actually like the lower waistband in looking at you wearing the unfinished shorts. I also really like the length you are planning to hem them. Without adding length . That I think that would be the most flattering. You could have also added a contrasting lining to the lengthen the inner waistband…just an idea. Keep up with the good work. I love your videos!

Might I recommend even sewing the packet bags to the fronts and backs of the shirt to ALWAYS do an under stitch to ask 4? It'll prevent the pockets from rolling out and exposing the pocket bags to the outside

I used to have Laura Ashley dresses like this in the late 1980s.

my Grandma used to wear those- what you have one- for gardening and that's what people wore around the house in those days, now people wear T-shirts. But we loved this and me and my Grandmas even sewed one for her and one for me.

Such cute pieces of clothing. They were well loved and the evidence is that they're still good and wearable.
